How does the eGifts voucher work?
TFE Hotels eGifts voucher offers a wide range of eGifts featuring your favourite hotels, restaurants and bars with stay, wine & dine and curated experiences as well as monetary eGifts vouchers. Simply select your preferred eGifts, make your payment online and receive your eGifts via email instantly.
How will the eGifts voucher get send?
Once the purchase is approved and transaction is completed, the eGifts voucher will be sent as a PDF to the recipient's email address instantly, the purchaser will get their invoice send through.
What do I do if I did not receive my eGifts voucher?

How do I redeem my eGifts voucher?
Booking of the eGifts voucher must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance of your stay and is subject to availability. Please refer to the redemption instructions on your eGifts. To redeem your eGift, please email [email protected] or call the hotel reservations directly. When making your reservation, the eGifts voucher code should be quoted upon booking and arrival. Credit card details are still required upon booking to confirm the reservations, no charges will be processed at time of booking.
Who can use the eGifts voucher?
eGifts recipients can make reservations via email or phone call using the [email protected] email address. Redemptions must be made with the eGifts voucher code.
Can I transfer my voucher to a family member?
No, eGifts vouchers are non-transferrable. Valid photo ID must be provided on arrival to the hotel and must match the name on the gift voucher.
Do I have to spend all of the value on the eGifts card at once?
Yes, any unused credit balance will be forfeited.
Do the eGifts voucher expire?
Yes, each eGifts voucher has an expiry date stated on your eGifts voucher. Please see the terms & conditions of your eGifts voucher for more details.

Yes, you can provided you have booked a fully flexible experience or rate. Please note the accommodate rate may increase for your new dates, the hotel will advise at the time of amendment.
Can I use me monetary eGifts voucher to book a non-refundable prepaid offer?
Yes, your eGifts voucher can be used to book a prepaid/non-refundable accommodation rate when you book direct through [email protected] or the Hotels reservation office. Please note the non- refundable booking terms and conditions will apply when using your eGifts voucher and if you are unable to stay or have to cancel your booking your voucher will be redeemed by the hotel in full.
Can I return or cancel my eGifts voucher once redeemed?
All eGifts voucher purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

1. Reservations
Reservations at all Australian TFE Hotels including A by Adina , Adina Hotels, Vibe Hotels, Quincy Hotel Melbourne, Travelodge Hotels, Rendezvous Hotels, Savoy Hotel on Little Collins Melbourne, Hotel Kurrajong Canberra, The Calile Hotel are subject to allocation and availability at the time of reservation.
Blackout dates may apply to seasonal periods, such as school holidays, public holidays and any special events periods. Room allocations fill quickly during special events, school holidays, public holidays and weekends and no guarantee can be given by TFE Hotels that an allocated room will be available at any hotel or for the days that a customer may prefer. TFE Hotels does suggest that all gift voucher recipients book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
All monetary gift voucher reservations must be made either through the Reservations team or via the hotel direct. Gift voucher recipients must quote the egift voucher number and must also quote credit card details when making a reservation. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings as a reservation cannot be completed without one. Guests must stay within the voucher validity period - the voucher is not 'redeemed' until the guest has completed their stay in full.
Gift voucher reservations must be made by the nominated recipient, who must also provide photo identification and a valid credit card upon check-in. The given name and surname provided at the time of check-in MUST match those of the person making the reservation. This is for security reasons and cannot be waived. eGift vouchers purchased in a name other than that of the guest will not be accepted.
Australia Wide Reservations TFE Hotels: 13 8642 (Australia only) or +61 2 9356 5062 If the amount of credit that is available on the egift voucher is less than the total value of the accommodation booking, the egift voucher recipient will be asked to pay the balance by credit card upon checking out.
2. Cancelling a Reservation
If an egift voucher recipient wishes to cancel their reservation, they must do so by contacting either the Reservations team or the hotel direct and advising of the relevant cancellation. If the egift voucher recipient fails to cancel the reservation 24 hours prior to check-in time (ie by 2.00 pm on the day prior to arrival), the relevant hotel will be entitled to deduct from the gift voucher value one night's accommodation fees in relation to the reservation as a cancellation fee.
3. Redeemable Services
eGift vouchers are only valid in Australia at TFE Hotels, which include Adina Apartment Hotels, A by Adina Apartment Hotels, Rendezvous Hotels, Vibe Hotels, Travelodge Hotels, TFE Collection Hotels and Quincy Hotels. An egift voucher entitles the bearer to overnight accommodation at the hotel's 'Best Available Rate' at the time of booking. eGift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any prepaid, sale or discounted rate (with exception of monetary egift vouchers which can be used towards any rate). eGift vouchers will be confirmed at a specified redemption rate advised by Reservations at the hotel at the time of booking.
Any remaining balance on the egift voucher can then be used towards payment or part-payment of the customer's room account from any additional charges or services used in the hotel including; food and beverage charges, mini bar, in-house movies, car parking or other incidental charges. Unless otherwise stated and confirmed at time of reservation.
Complimentary egift vouchers are valid for the following room types only - entry level room type, unless otherwise stated.
4. No Additional Value can be put on the eGift Certificate
Additional value cannot be added to a gift certificate. All transactions are declined once the egift voucher balance reaches zero. However, an egift voucher recipient may redeem two or more separate gift vouchers in one transaction.
5. Purchase
A customer must purchase at least $100.00 Australian dollars per egift certificate. Larger values are available at $100.00 increments above $100.00, but the total value of an individual gift voucher may not exceed $500.00 Australian dollars. If more than $500.00 Australian dollars are required, one or more additional gift vouchers must be purchased.
TFE Hotels egift vouchers are only valid for the Australian dollar amount displayed on the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash. eGift vouchers do not accrue any reward or loyalty points when purchased or redeemed.
The dollar value that is purchased on the egift voucher is a pre-payment. The egift voucher should be looked after by the customer or egift recipient like cash. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with the egift certificate.
6. Payment
Payment for an online egift voucher may be made by any of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
All stated prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% in Australia.
Any other taxes, charges, fees or duties that are, or may be, levied on such prices or services must be paid for by the customer unless stated otherwise. All TFE Hotels egift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Delivery
TFE Hotels egift vouchers are delivered by email to the email address nominated by the customer upon purchase. Some email accounts (such as work email and Hotmail accounts) may categorise our email egift vouchers as unwanted or 'spam' email. To avoid this, please add our email address [email protected] to your address book. Upon delivery of the egift voucher to the customer, the customer accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping of the egift certificate.
TFE Hotels is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an email egift voucher being blocked by web filters or firewalls. If the recipient does not receive the email egift certificate, please contact our TFE Hotels Central Reservations team immediately on +61 2 9356 1000 or [email protected] to send your egift voucher to an alternative email address.
8. Expiry Date
All gift vouchers will have the appropriate expiry date marked on them and will expire on that expiry date. eGift voucher expiry dates cannot be extended under any circumstances. All of the value of the egift voucher should be used before the expiry date. Any unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of TFE Hotels upon expiry.
After a gift voucher has expired, it is no longer valid. All subsequent transactions will be declined.

9. Lost/ Stolen eGift Vouchers
Should an egift voucher be lost or stolen, the customer should contact TFE Hotels Central Reservations Team on +61 2 9356 1000 or [email protected] immediately and quote the egift voucher number appearing on the voucher and be able to prove the value remaining on the gift certificate.
If the customer quotes the egift voucher number, TFE Hotels will endeavour to ensure that this is noted on our records in order to prevent unauthorised use of the egift certificate.
If the email that contained the original egift voucher is deleted and the customer is unable to print it out to replace the lost egift certificate, the TFE Hotels Central Reservations Team can be contacted to email the egift voucher to the customer. The voucher will only be emailed to the recipient or the purchaser of the certificate.
Unused value on a lost or stolen egift voucher may not be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.
TFE Hotels accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or fraudulent gift vouchers or their unauthorised use. While TFE Hotels will endeavour to help prevent the use of the lost or stolen voucher, there is no guarantee that this will prevent the unauthorised use of the egift voucher and no representation or warranty is made by TFE Hotels that this will prevent any unauthorised use by a third party. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safekeeping of their gift voucher(s).
11. General Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TFE Hotels makes no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the gift certificate.
To the extent permitted by law, TFE Hotels will not be liable for any injury, damage, expense, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) in relation to a gift certificate, the use of a gift certificate, or with respect to any matter relating to or arising from there. This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or under any other applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Complaints Handling
If a customer believes they have been charged in error or has any other dispute about their egift certificate, the customer must contact the TFE Hotels Central Reservations team on +61 2 9356 1000 or [email protected] and provide details of the dispute or error.
13. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By selecting the ‘Purchase Voucher' button, the customer accepts all of these terms and conditions.
14. Right to Change, Modify or Amend
TFE Hotels reserves the right to modify, change or amend these terms and conditions at any time effective immediately upon notification on the TFE Hotels website.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
16. Dining Vouchers
Please present the egift voucher when dining in the restaurant. eGift vouchers are not transferable for cash and do not accrue any reward or loyalty points when purchased or redeemed. Not valid after the expiry date or replaced if lost or stolen and must be redeemed in full in a single visit; any unused balance will not be refunded. Bookings are recommended and subject to availability.
