Booking Terms & Conditions

  • To receive benefit you must be a registered member of Business Traveller Plus by TFE Hotels and book travel on the dedicated portal  
  • Business Traveller Plus by TFE Hotels is open to all SME business that travel 25+ nights in a year
  • Business Traveller Plus by TFE Hotels is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. 
  • TFE Hotels reserve the right to modify Business Traveller Plus at any time. Additionally, TFE Hotels may remove users from the program, should actions deem it necessary.
  • Rates and room types over hotel’s demand periods are subject to availability. 
  • Rates are net and non-commissionable 
  • Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, per night and are inclusive of GST. 
  • Rates are applicable for bookings of up to nine (9) rooms. Bookings greater that nine (9) rooms are subject to individual negotiation. For smaller hotels (less than 100 rooms) above rates are applicable for up to five (5) rooms. 
  • All incidental charges (car parking, breakfast rates, internet etc.) are subject to change without notice as these are determined by the hotel. 
  • Surcharge applies for all credit card payment made for both individual and group bookings. 1.2% for Visa, Master Cards, UnionPay and American Express and 2.5% for Diners and JCB Cards. For all New Zealand hotels, a 1.5% credit card surcharge will apply.  
  • TFE Hotels offers free Wi-Fi to all your travellers. This includes free restricted speed Wi-Fi with unlimited downloads (up to 4 devices per room); with the option to upgrade to high-speed Wi-Fi for 9.95 per day, $19.95 per 3 days and $34.95 per week (unlimited devices).  
  • It is the policy of TFE Hotels that all room cancellations must be advised at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival directly to the respective hotel.  Cancellations that occur within twenty-four (24) hours, will incur a fee of one (1) night accommodation at the confirmed rate.  Group cancellation policies will be negotiated separately on a case-by-case basis.
  • The hotel will not be liable for any non-performance of its obligations under this contract in the event such non-performance is caused or contributed to by any act, event or circumstance outside the control of the parties including a declaration of a state of emergency, an act of God, labour or industrial relations dispute, a lockout, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, malicious mischief, war, sabotage, riot, civil disturbance, outbreak of infectious disease, epidemic or pandemic disease, hurricane, cyclone, tidal wave, lightning, earthquake, flood, storm, fire, explosion, failure of power supply or breakage or accident to items of plant or equipment, travel advisories or alerts issued by any authority that may have a material effect on the hotel and tourism industry in Australia and New Zealand and the geographical market in which the hotel operates, material disruption to domestic and international inbound travel transportation systems.
