The brand-new Vibe Hotel in Adelaide will be an 18-storey glass fronted tower with 117 rooms designed by the multi award-winning Loucas Zahos Architects. The hotel’s standout design feature is an Australian first, with guests able to cool down in a stylish pool that connects Vibe Hotel Adelaide to the neighbouring ONE Apartments
The pool will run alongside a pedestrian bridge, with guests having access to a pool deck with a spa, sauna and communal plaza. The hotel’s design-focused style will reflect a vibrant, inner-city community at ground level with restaurants, bars and music, the overall design capturing notions of harmony, sophistication and individual expression. A ground floor café will offer drinks and light meals, with a restaurant planned for the top floor of the hotel.
Guestrooms will feature open-plan bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows will frame city views that extend all the way to the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
This Vibe Hotel will elevate the brand’s offering, acting as a flagship hotel due to its unique, elegant architecture and interior design.
Australia’s historic Pentridge Prison site will become one of Australia’s most sought-after and talked about destinations, as Shayher Group continues to transform the site into a lifestyle precinct, complete with a hotel, residential apartments, shopping, dining outlets and an outdoor cinema.
The 108-apartment hotel includes 19 heritage suites added to the former Division B section, will offer guests the chance to stay in a historic converted prison cell, but with all the mod cons of a hotel.
Just 8km from Melbourne CBD in Coburg, the project aims to seamlessly blend contemporary architectural design with the building’s distinct and remarkable heritage, including adding a function centre to the prison’s former chapel with its beautiful high lead-light windows, making it ideal for weddings or business events.
Part of the rapidly developing Quartier de L’Étang development, the Adina Apartment Hotel Geneva will debut in Switzerland with 140 spacious one and two-bedroom and studio apartment-style hotel rooms, many with views to the alps. SYDNEY: In exciting news from the development pipeline, the Collection by TFE Hotels brand will debut in Sydney with the launch of a 102-room hotel for Sydney’s Surry Hills.
The boutique hotel, complete with rooftop infinity pool with sweeping city views, in the heart of Surry Hill’s boutique dining and shopping precinct, will become the fifth to open under the Collection by TFE Hotels banner.
CEO, Antony says that, as with all Collection hotels, guests can expect a distinct design-led hotel with bespoke service, and attention to the individual.
“We are extremely proud to partner with TOGA Group who has been instrumental in transforming Surry Hills into one of the most sought-after lifestyle destinations,” he said. “Surry Hills is home to one of the city’s premier restaurant, dining, and boutique precincts. This Collection property will become a destination in its own right.”
The addition of curved brickwork, stone pathways, and the cloister - an activated restaurant and bar space within the hotel - rounds out the guest experience.
TFE Hotels and Drill Management Pty Ltd have announced a new Vibe Hotel will be built as part of the multi-million-dollar West Grove development in Sydney’s western suburbs.
TFE Hotels’ Chief Executive Officer, Antony Ritch said: “Not only will the Vibe Hotel Westmead debut a fresh new interior design with warm timber and earthy tones, but , in partnership with the West Grove development, it will deliver long-term benefits as the thriving Westmead community continues to grow.”
West Grove is a $100 million gateway commercial and retail destination situated directly across the road from the Westmead Railway Station, 50m from a Light Rail station and a block from the proposed Sydney Metro West Station, in the Westmead Health Precinct in Sydney’s west.
The 2,150 sqm West Grove site is the gateway to the Westmead’s health, innovation and education district, an area currently being transformed through $1.5 billion government and university investment into a comprehensive and contemporary precinct and hub of innovation, research and excellence.
Harbour hues are the colour of choice according to Adina Apartment Hotel Fremantle Perth’s interior designers who have taken inspiration from the nearby historical portside waterfront.
Fremantle is the second biggest wool producer in the world, so it’s fitting that some of the hotel’s tactile interior design also heroes the local wool. Guests at the brand-new 142-room hotel – the first in Fremantle and the third Adina Apartment Hotel in Greater Perth.
The hotel, which is comprised of studios, one bedders and a series of interconnecting rooms that form two-bedroom apartments, offers views over the Fremantle Docks. A rooftop pool, lobby bar and café, gym and meeting and events spaces complete the offering.
“With the Fremantle Docks about to undergo a Barangaroo-style refresh, this is a really exciting and strategic location for TFE,” Director of Development, John Sutcliffe said. “Conference guests will be well served as will cruise ship passengers when the nearby International Cruise terminal is completed.”
Vienna’s skyline is getting a new landmark and a brand-new Adina Apartment Hotel with construction underway on the 48-storey DANUBEFLATS - Austria's tallest residential tower, standing 180 metres high. And, come 2024, Adina will be moving into the New Danube precinct with a fresh and elegant design concept, that sets a new standard for luxury short-term apartment style accommodation.
Adina Hotels will offer 108 apartments from the first to third floors of the impressive DANUBEFLATS building, with apartments ranging from 23 square metres to 64 square metres across a range of studios, one- and two-bedroom room types. Adina Europe will also operate a fourth-floor wellness area and a panoramic heated pool for year-round use.
Hotel guests will also have access to a business lounge with meeting rooms and a casual pantry kitchen offering snacks and beverages. In addition to Adina, the building will house 500 privately financed residential units. A restaurant and a supermarket are planned for the ground floor and parking will be available in the spacious underground garage.
TFE, in partnership with local developer/owner Capital Alliance, has announced a first-of-its-kind mixed-use development in Melbourne Docklands. Designed locally by SJB, the $340M two-tower project will feature the first purpose-built Collection by TFE Hotels and A by Adina properties in Melbourne and the largest rooftop infinity pool in Australia. A 1000-pax capacity event conference centre – with spectacular 360-degree views of the city – rounds out the offering.
SJB Founding Director, Michael Bialek, said Capital Alliance’s latest Docklands project, which is set to open in 2026, would become an architectural landmark on the Melbourne skyline.
The 200-key, yet-to-be-named Collection hotel will join the ranks of other purpose-built Collection by TFE Hotels properties - including The Calile in Brisbane, Auckland’s The Hotel Britomart and the new Surry Hills collection property currently under development in Sydney (see above) - in delivering personalised service and bespoke hospitality experiences.
